Missing Elderly Woman Found In Early Hours

Search and rescue teams have assisted police early this morning to help locate a missing elderly woman.

At 4:45am on Tuesday 4th November North East Wales Search and Rescue team (NEWSAR) was contacted by North Wales Police with a request for assistance to locate a missing elderly woman in the Wrexham area.

A NEWSAR Search Manager then called out the team.

The missing lady was found safe and well at 6:15am and the team was stood down.

12 team members for a total of 20 person hours.
