Fire crews were called to mechanical digger fire in Wrexham earlier yesterday evening.

It is believed one crew attended the fire in Rhostyllen at 7:03pm.

Paul Humble sent us these photos of a fire engine on Esless park, saying it is believed a digger was on fire near the riverbank.

There were also reports of brown tapwater in the area due to the fire service using the water nearby.

It is believed the fire was started deliberately.
