Man dies following Horseman’s Green road traffic collision

North Wales Police have issued a sad update following the incident on the A525 on Sunday.

The statement from police reads, “Police can confirm that a man has sadly died today following the road traffic collision that occurred in Horseman’s Green, Wrexham on Sunday 5th January.”

Emergency services were called just before 3.30am Sunday morning to reports of a single vehicle being involved in a road traffic collision.

Sgt Nikki Grimes-Williams of the Roads Policing Unit previously said “The investigation is ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding this collision and we are keen to hear from anyone who may have been travelling on the A525 between Whitchurch and Horseman’s Green at around 3am”

“We are particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have seen a silver BMW X3 travelling along this stretch of road, and in particular those who may have any dash cam footage.”
