Man arrested after “collision” outside Wrexham Maelor hospital

Police are appealing for witnesses following a road traffic collision on Croesnewydd Road outside the Wrexham Maelor hospital this evening.

Chief Inspector Siobhan Edwards, said: “We are appealing to anybody who may have witnessed the collision that occurred at approximately 20:26hrs this evening to contact us.

“A man has been arrested following the incident.”

“Croesnewydd Road, outside the Wrexham Maelor hospital, is closed whilst investigations are ongoing.”

Witnesses or anybody with information that could assist the investigation are asked to contact North Wales Police on 101.
