Air ambulance lands on A483 after multi vehicle collision
The A483 northbound has reopened following a collision that left the road closed for almost two hours.

The collision involved several cars and a motorcycle, with the air ambulance landing on the southbound carriageway.

Update 10am: The Air Ambulance left the incident at 9:55am and headed to Liverpool, with the southbound carriageway reopening minutes later.

Emergency services are currently at the scene, with a road traffic collision taking place between Dodleston and the Posthouse roundabout.
Cheshire Police said at 9:30am: “A483 closed Belgrave junction to Rossett both directions due to an accident, air ambulance on scene, disruption likely for the next hour or so, please bear with us, thank you ”
A car and motorbike have reportedly been involved in the incident.
Traffic is being affected on the northbound between Gresford and just before the Posthouse Roundabout.
Both carriageways are closed to allow the air ambulance to land.
It is thought the incident took place shortly before 8:30am this morning.
