A new service to help teachers and carers who work with vulnerable children is to open in Brynteg Memorial Centre.

‘What About Me Training’ says that its main focus is children who have had experience of being in care. The group are also passionate about providing better life chances and support for children who find life particularly challenging.

The training is aimed at teachers, foster carers, adoptive parents and other professionals working with the most vulnerable children and young people in society.

The organisation is also keen to forge good relationships with other businesses in the area.

A free course for teachers is being held on Tuesday 15th June and more details can be found here.
