Original story below…
A Search and Rescue helicopter has landed by the RAFA Club on Ruthin Road this evening, with patient(s) transferred to the Maelor in an ambulance.
The Sikorsky S-92A was operational late this evening at a yet unknown incident towards Llangollen. Several people in Llangollen around 11pm reported helicopter activity with search lights being used.
Many Wrexham.com’ers heard, and those out meteor spotting saw, the helicopter coming in very low over town and landing.
