Items that “keep the area where loved ones are buried tidy and in order” stolen from local cemetery

Items have been stolen from a Wrexham cemetery after thieves targeted a lock-up shed.

Police are now appealing for information following the incident, which saw a ride on mower and leaf blower stolen from the cemetery on Llangollen Road.

A police spokesperson said both items are used to “keep the area where loved ones are buried tidy and in order.”

Anyone with any information on the theft is urged to contact police on 101 quoting reference number 20000568012.
