A family member is circulating an appeal to locate a car stolen from Johnstown last night.

In an appeal posted online the above picture was attached of the style of VW Tiguan that was stolen.

The account says: “My dad’s house was broken into last night. They’ve found his car keys and stolen his car. If anyone sees a dark grey VW Tiguan parked up or driving around with the registration plate GIL 1310, then please get in touch.

“It was taken from Johnstown so hopefully it’s still in the Wrexham area. They may have changed the plates though.”

Any sightings or information should be called through to police via the 101 number
