Gorse fire in Queensway thought to be arson

A fire in Queensway this afternoon is believed to have been deliberate ignition.

North Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called to the fire at 3:27pm.

A spokesperson for North Wales Fire and Rescue Service said one crew from Wrexham attended the incident, which involved 150sqm of gorse.

One hose reel jet was used to extinguish the fire, which is believed to be deliberate ignition.
