Glyndwr Uni Aim To Sell Off £1 Million Of Accommodation

Glyndwr University are aiming to auction off over £1,000,000 worth of accommodation sites in Wrexham.

The auction listings were finalised earlier today and are added as supplemental lots to a forthcoming auction being held in September.

The listing includes Clwyd House on Bryn Estyn Lane which is listed with a guide price of £200,000. The site is described as a vacant detached former student halls comprising of 17 letting rooms.

The Hostel on Bath Road is listed at the guide price of £160,000, described as a vacant detached former student halls comprising 16 letting rooms.

Several properties on Grosvenor Gardens off Grosvenor Road are also listed for sale:

No 1 Grosvenor Gardens, Guide price of £160,000
No 2 Grosvenor Gardens, Guide price of £150,000
No 4 Grosvenor Gardens, Guide price of £150,000
No 5 Grosvenor Gardens, Guide of £150,000

A flat on Caxton Place, Regent Street, is also listed on the auction for a guide of £105,000.

The total value of the guide prices listed above is £1,075,000 .

The properties are due to go under the hammer in Liverpool on 10th September.
