Road Reopens Following Four Vehicle RTC Near Halton Roundabout

Update: North Wales Police have confirmed the A5 in Chirk has reopened following the earlier collision.

Original story: Emergency services are in attendance at a multi-vehicle collision near the Halton Roundabout.

The collision, which involves four vehicles, has taken places between the A5 Chirk and the Halton Roundabout

As a result of the collision traffic is backed up in both directions – with delays from the Halton Roundabout towards Ruabon.

A diversion is in place for motorists.
