The North Wales Fire and Rescue Service are investigating after attending a house fire in the early hours of this morning.

Crews were called to Southsea just after 1am this morning to a house that is being built on School Lane.

As videoed below by local resident Owen, the fire service say an aerial jet was used to help control and put out the fire.

Owen added that ‘multiple firefighters’ remained on the scene ‘for hours’.

Thankfully no injuries were reported.
