The Peoples Market was evacuated again today following another false fire alarm.

Emergency services were called to the scene at 2:03 this afternoon after the Peoples Market fire alarm was set off.

One appliance from Wrexham was sent to the scene, however it was false alarm.

A similar incident took place last Tuesday, when the market was evacuated after the fire alarm went off.

A spokesperson for Wrexham Council said they are examining CCTV footage in the market to find out who is setting the alarm off.
