Plans to convert an empty store on Eagles Meadow into an estate agents have been put forward.

The change of use application for units 32 and 33, St George’s Crescent, was submitted to Wrexham Council last week.

The unit, which is located alongside the St George’s Crescent entrances of Debenhams and Next, was previously used as store selling fitted kitchens and tiles. However it has been vacant since late 2016.

If the application is approved six employees would be based at the property, which would be open six days a week.

The application for a change of use will be considered for approval at a later date.
