Woman Cut Free From Car After Acrefair Crash

Part of the A539 Llangollen Road in Acrefair is closed this morning as emergency services cut free one or more people from a car.

Update: One lady has been freed from a vehicle and has been taken to Wrexham Maelor with ‘non life-threatening injuries’. We are told recovery work is underway on the vehicles and debris on the road.

The incident is believed to involve two vehicles.

Nick said the incident occurred near to the Hampden Arms, “Road closed both ways police fire and ambulance services all present.”

Laura told us cars are being diverted through Cefn Mawr.
