Crash Adds To Town’s Traffic Problems
A rush hour crash at the end of the A483 close to the ‘Posthouse’ roundabout caused tailbacks reaching Rossett this evening lasting around two hours.
Today has been a bad day on the bypass as commuters have also been affected by roadworks that have just started around the Rhostyllen junction and around the Mold Road junctions. The roadworks will be in place for around 6-8 weeks.
The knock on effect was tailbacks through Rhostyllen, Mold Road and on the Gresford Roundabout. We asked on our @wrexham twitter how this had affected peoples journeys and were told:

What is going on in town tonight @wrexham? It has taken me 25 minutes to get home from the hospice – usually 10 minutes tops! Avoid town!
