The final date to apply for a 2019 nursery school place for your child is next Friday, February 22nd.

Nursery school places are open to children who’ll be aged three by August 31, 2019.

If you haven’t applied yet you can online via the council’s site here by clicking the ‘Online Admissions’ button. You can do this on your computer, tablet or mobile and you’ll need to sign up for an account, if you haven’t done so already.

Applying online is the quickest and easiest way to apply. You’ll also get an email straight away to confirm your application has been received.

Alternatively you can pick up the paper application from Contact Wrexham, 16 Lord Street, Wrexham, LL11 1LG.

You’ll be able to state preferences for certain schools on your application. The Council recommend you select multiple schools in order of your preference – just in case one or more of the requests aren’t successful.

You can find some extra tips about the application process on the council’s website if you need.

A Council spokesperson reminded: “There’s only a week left to apply, so make sure you apply by Friday, February 22 to avoid missing out on a place!”
