Collision between bus and car on B&Q Roundabout

Two vehicles have been involved in a collision near the B&Q Roundabout.

A spokesperson for North Wales Police confirmed they received a call at 1:24pm reporting that an Arriva bus and Jaguar X-Type had been involved in a collision near the B&Q roundabout.

As a result there was heavy traffic in the Mold Road area, with traffic temporarily down to one lane.

A spokesperson for the Welsh Ambulance Service said: “We were called at approximately 1.40pm this afternoon to reports of a road traffic collision involving a bus and a car on Mold Road, Wrexham.

“We sent a paramedic in a rapid response car, however on arrival there were no patients requiring treatment.
