Cause of Wrexham Man’s Death ‘Withheld Until Results of Toxicology Tests Known’

The cause of death of a man found in a property in Wrexham yesterday is still unknown.

Paramedics and police officers attended the address on New Road at 10:18am yesterday morning, where the man, who is in his 50s, was pronounced dead.

In a statement released this afternoon North Wales Police say: “Following a post mortem examination on man found dead at an address in Wrexham yesterday, the cause of death is being withheld until the results of toxicology tests are known.

“Police were called at 10.18am Tuesday 18th April, to a report of a man in his 50’s being found dead at an address on New Road in Wrexham.

“There are no further details at this time.”
