Car Fire In Rhosddu (Video)
A car became engulfed in flames this afternoon in Rhosddu.
UPDATE: A spokesperson for North Wales Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that they have extinguished the car fire in Rhosddu, however the cause has yet to be determined.

Fire crews are currently tackling a car which is ‘well alight’ in the Wrexham area.
Shortly before 3:15pm this afternoon there were reports of a car fire in Rhosddu.
Thick black smoke could be seen across the area, with Steve Davies (who sent us the image above) telling Wrexham.com that the vehicle was ‘well alight’ and ‘exploding’. Mr Oliver sent us the below video:
A spokesperson for North Wales Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that one crew from Wrexham is currently tackling the car, which has been described as ‘well alight’.
One hose reel jet is being used to extinguish the blaze.
It’s a very busy day for North Wales Fire and Rescue Service in Wrexham today, who are currently attending a number of flood related calls in the Wrexham area. Two crews were also called to a building fire in the Rhosrobin area earlier this afternoon.
