Car theft arrests following foot chase in Wrexham

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of stealing a BMW car in Wrexham in the early hours of this morning.

Officers were alerted at 1.50am today that the vehicle had been taken from an address in Bersham Road.

The suspects were spotted by police, but failed to stop and soon abandoned the vehicle in the Hightown area.

Following a foot chase officers caught up with the offenders who are currently being questioned at Wrexham Police station.
