A car was set alight just after 6am this morning on Hafod Road in Wrexham.

Hafod Road is the turn off by Felin Puleston on the main A5152 Ruabon Road, that heads south to the west of Erddig Hall.

The Fire Service were called at 6:20am and used one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.

The car was totally damaged, and the cause was attributed to ‘deliberate ignition’.
