Another car has been set alight in Caia Park destroying the car and damaging a house.

In the early hours this morning local resident Ann Jones tweeted us saying:

Ceiriog Road where the car was set alight is a stones throw from other roads and areas recently affected by fire based issues. The car was in the garden of the house, which was damaged in the attack.

UPDATE 9.45AM

One of our reporters has attended the scene where the car is visibly close to the residence of the owner. The front part of the car appears to be worst affected by the attack. Over recent weeks the arson attacks appear to have subsided but this appears to be the latest set back in the fight against it. A significant number of the attacks have occurred in the Caia Park area of Wrexham, including this latest one.
