The Cambrian Vaults ‘Repossessed’

Work was taking place at the Cambrian Vaults today with windows being boarded up, locks being changed and a notice placed on the front stating it has been repossessed.

The notice as below, states that Marstons Pubs Limited have repossessed the public house after the lease was forfeited.

The pub has remained closed after a local man died in the premises recently, and it had its licence removed. North Wales Police said of the licence removal: “The closure of this pub is a last resort and a regrettable outcome, however it was necessary and proportionate in the circumstances.”
