Cambrian Murder – Prevete Sentenced To 23 Years

Update from 10:15am today from sentencing: Francesco John Prevete will serve life term at a minimum of 23 years for the murder of boxer, Craig Maddocks.

Francesco John Prevete, 46 was told by a judge today he must serve a minimum of 23 years for the killing of amateur boxer Craig Maddocks, who died after being stabbed 52 times in a pub toilet in Wrexham last year.

Prevete must serve a minimum of 23 years before he is eligible for parole.

In a statement read out by DC Griffiths on behalf of the police, Prevete was described as a ‘dangerous individual’.
