Busy Halloween as arrests made and drugs seized in Wrexham area

Wrexham Rural officers had a busy Halloween executing three warrants leading to an arrest, seizure of drugs and the recovery of a stolen motorbike.

A 28 year old man has been charged with handling stolen goods after a Honda CBR motorbike stolen from Pentre Broughton was recovered in Gresford.

Meanwhile a successful drugs warrant recovered cannabis form an address in Bron Y Waun Chirk and in a separate raid officers discovered cannabis and drugs paraphernalia at a property In High Street Pentre Broughton.

Acting Inspector Mike Norbury said; “All of these warrants were made possible by information supplied by the public. We work within our communities every single day and rely on their support and information. With our partner agencies we strive to make North Wales the safest place in the UK.
