Sadly Wrexham’s Blockbuster store will be closing for the final time this weekend with ten jobs being lost.

We have reported how the chain entered administration earlier this year, and that the store in town escaped earlier closure in November, and during a second round of closures.

Today administrators Moorfields Corporate Recovery said all the remaining 91 UK stores would have to close.

The Wrexham store will close on Sunday , and until then as part of a stock clearance some items will be discounted up to 90%.
