Storyteller Jake Evans has lost Trick the Monkey (right) somewhere in Wrexham and is hoping to be reunited with him.

Jake has said: “With an extremely heavy heart I’m putting out a search for Trick the Monkey. Somehow he wormed his way out of my rucksack on the walk between Wrexham train station and Erddig.

“He is obviously irreplaceable and was poised to star in my upcoming books.

Jake is a professional storyteller based in Shrewsbury and was awarded the ‘National Young Storyteller of the Year’ U25 title in 2014.

He has been an Erddig regular storytelling, with Trick also featuring in his spoken word performances.

Anyone who has located Trick can contact Jake via his Facebook page.
