Police have issued an appeal for information after a number of vehicles were damaged on a Wrexham street over the weekend.

The cars, which were parked in the Trevor Street area between Sontley Road and Percy Road in Hightown, were scratched late on Saturday night / the early hours of Sunday morning.

Sgt Steve Arnold told us that the incident was not a targeted incident and was a “random act of criminal damage.”

Residents have told us several cars were damaged, some on both sides of the vehicle and others just on one side.

Anyone with any information about the incident is asked to contact North Wales Police on 101 quoting reference number 19100329876
