Appeal After ‘Serious Injury’ In Early Hours Ruthin Road Crash

An appeal for information has been made following a crash on the A525 during the early hours of this morning.

Police say a ‘serious injury road traffic collision’ occurred on A525 just outside Wrexham towards Coedpoeth involving a silver VW Golf and a blue Vauxhall Corsa in the early hours of this morning.

The incident occurred around 1:25am, with the road reopening just before 7am this morning.

Four Welsh Ambulance Service vehicles attended the incident with five people believed to have been injured.

Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision or the vehicles prior to the collision to call them via the 101 number, quoting reference U129243.
