It’s all change on the weather front this Bank Holiday Weekend if the forecasts are correct – with heavy rain and thunderstorms expected tomorrow!

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for much of the country on Saturday 27th May.

Forecasters say that ‘heavy, thundery showers on Saturday afternoon and evening have the potential to bring localised flooding, hail and frequent lightning’.

The weather warning is in place between 1pm and 11pm tomorrow, however forecast show that there will be some light rain in Wrexham during the morning before turning into thundery showers between 1pm and 2pm.

Temperatures are expected to stay around the 22C mark – a comedown from the highs of 27C we have experienced today!
