The Welsh Air Ambulance has landed on Acton School field this afternoon.

A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson told us: “We were called to a residential address in Wrexham this afternoon, at 3.17pm to reports of an injured person.”

“We sent a Community First responder, an emergency ambulance and the Wales Air Ambulance to the scene.”

The helicopter conducted a couple of low loops of the area prior to landing.
