The latest programme of capital works by Wrexham Council has been circulated to councillors, with some publishing copies online.

Cllr Paul Pemberton of Ponciau ward tweeted out the update matrix, which we have had a separate copy of below.

One councillor feeding back information to their ward was Cllr Atkinson of Gresford: “I’ve received numerous complaints about how unclear and dangerous the road markings are with cars constantly cutting up other drivers when moving across lanes to head to Gresford. I believe, as do my residents that have contacted me about this, that it can be made much clearer.

“I’m grateful for this date and look forward to these works.”

Speaking about the planned date in February 2019 he said: “I fully appreciate that it’s ages away but at least we now have a date.

“There’s been a lot of concern about getting the lanes properly painted but I’ve been told that will happen when the re-surfacing takes place. I’ve been chasing this one up for ages and I’ll continue to keep you posted.”
