15 Year Old Missing From Home Since Yesterday Afternoon

Fifteen year old Connor Jones has not been seen since 3pm yesterday.
Police circulated the above picture this morning asking for anyone who has seen Connor to get in touch via the 101 number.
Connor was last seen at 3pm yesterday and is believed to be in the Wrexham area.
