A schoolgirl who went missing just after 4pm yesterday is still missing after a day of appeals and searches by police, family and friends.

14 year old Kelsey Bodman was last seen getting off a bus on Kingsmills Road, Wrexham at 4:15pm on Thursday September 22nd.

Family have conducted searches on foot and by car, and face to face appeals, including asking people in Wrexham town centre today if they had seen missing Kelsey.

The police appeal states: “It is believed she is still in her school uniform which is a grey skirt and Clark’s shoes with a navy blue bomber jacket as her coat’ – however there are unconfirmed suggestions online by friends that she could be wearing an adidas crop top, with black leggings and Stan Smiths trainers.

The appeal continues to be circulated on the North Wales Police Facebook page – where it has been shared over 4,000 times by residents across the region.

Anyone with any sightings or further information is advised to contact North Wales Police on 101 quoting Reference Number 16495.
