If you know anyone in receipt of pension benefit or other qualifying benefits they can buy up to 3 books of stamps (max of 36) at the old price. Follow the link and pass it on to anyone you think may be eligible. The cost of a second class stamp is now 50p and first class is 60p. If eligible the stamps are available at the old price.
