Default Neo-natal care in Wales

"Last week the minister said the interim measures included developing an all-Wales round-the-clock emergency transport service for mothers and babies needing urgent care."

It was obvious to everyone except the Welsh Health Minister Mark Drakeford that specialist transport would be needed to transfer these tiny babies and their mothers, in our case to Arrowe Park Hospital. It seems that the logistics of such moves are only now being recognised!
