We shouldn’t be blaming the staff whatsoever for the spread of this in the hospital the root cause of the spread is the patients that defy being told not to leave the wards and going to the entrances to meet their relatives and friends I’ve seen them going back to the wards ignoring staff telling them to wash or cleanse their hands etc so please don’t think for one moment that the staff don’t try their best to eliminate this horrible virus from there and around the town there are so many people that say it’s not me but next thing they are hugging etc so unless this practice is under control and people do what they are asked to do we’re on a loser

So mr Roberts thinks that he can solve the problem with the tanyfron route by having a meeting with arriva, well lets put this to him, it is ok for him to arrange a meeting of councillors at the site, but please do it at 6.30 in the morning and stay there until after the first school run, it is an absolute nightmare cars parked everywhere and on corners where the bus has to turn sharply, how do i know this, i am an ex arriva bus driver for many years we had so many buses late on service because the bus couldnt get past the cars and no one came out to move them, meaqning the bus was late or missed its next trip meaning passengers on other routes were affected to, so its not just the tanyfron route that is affected its many others too, so please mr roberts get your cronies up there for a day and then you will see the problem these experienced bus drivers have.

not ill informed, uneducated or un compassionate just the truth which you dont seem to believe just ask anyone who has these people around them and their areas then come here and place your reply, and i agree with the guy who says WHO BUT WHO is paying for the lodging they have too and now you think safe houses is right wow then i guess the poor old taxpyer will have to fund even more and not the ones that make the problem in the first place.

I dont know where this person thinks i am judging anyone at all just saying the facts that are down to earth truth, would you let these people live by you without prejudice, I dont think so, its all well and good saying it on here but if the facts be true you would be dead against them, so please dont say i am wrong.

I think we are getting off the real subject here which is quite simple, pick up your dogs mess and your own litter and put it in the bins provided by the council free of charge lol and you will not need to contest any fines whatsoever end of.

well why have a go at arriva or d jones’s they obviously care enough to make the effort to cover some of the routes affected if as you say the profitable ones maybe, but would you if you were a bus company run a loss making route i dont think so, hence why the other routes are not covered yet, there are some of them that could be combined and make it easier to cover them but it should be up to the council to figure that out not arriva or jones’s also there are some routes that need to be covered out in the wilds true but there are some people that expect a bus route to be on their doorstep and are not prepared to walk a couplE of hundred yards or so no i dont mean elderly people either their plight is understandeble, so please let the council figure it out isnt it what they are paid for ALLEDGEDLY.

Lets be clear on this, it is right the people around this area have had their privacy ignored for many many occasions and had roadworks road widening boy racers up and down the dual carriageways their back gardens seem to look onto a race track so i say to you would you like this in your area not thinking nimby at all think some people need to get real and go and spend a few hours by this site/roundabout and see how fast and dangerous this exit/entrance would be , maybe the ones that think its ok would think different too if one of their relatives was killed/injured at this place, so please dont ridicule people for having their say especially the people who have to put up with this noise day after day after day 24/7 365 days a year so please rethink.

Well if the company took the threats of safety serious this would never have arisen this company flouted so many safety laws and conditions it is unbelievable feel sorry for the drivers but they also contributed to safety conditions to by being on their mobile phones whilst driving which is illegal and driving unsafe buses knowing that they were unsafe people run Arriva down but their safety record is excellent and their staff much more helpful and polite.
