June 20, 2017 at 2:53 pm in reply to: Branding Company To Suggest New Names For Wrexham’s Arts & Market Hub #133158
welshman1000Participantoh lets all blame the Council & staff yet again; this situation has occurred over 30 years when Wrexham was a market town;
lets have a guess who ran the Council for nearly all that time.June 20, 2017 at 2:47 pm in reply to: I don't like Corbyn's policies but the local alternative is Andrew Atkinson …. #133157
welshman1000ParticipantMatt you sound rattled
welshman1000Participantwell done Cllr Williams & well done Wrexham Council & Council Staff.
The moaners have been shut up.June 19, 2017 at 9:59 am in reply to: Could we (Council and community) cope with a disaster in Wrexham #133042
welshman1000ParticipantTotally agree with some of your comments but what is this continued verbal “assault” on Wrexham Council performance etc not just by you but by ” the regulars” on this site;
I think we all should let Democracy takes its lead; people voted for the Council just like the General election and
ask the first question — who funds Wrexham council — Labour Welsh Assembly —- does Wrexham get the same
resources cash wise as down South?June 19, 2017 at 9:51 am in reply to: I don't like Corbyn's policies but the local alternative is Andrew Atkinson …. #133041
welshman1000Participantyou really do confuse people — your first post on this — not sure which way I am going to vote — then the funny picture at the end.
Obviously you don’t appear to support hard working common people like AA who wish to aspire to better things.
Have you met AA? — maybe you should so you know who and what you are talking about.
If you watched the stream pre election for all 4 candidates it was apparent that 2 performed pretty well.
assume you voted for Carrie?June 7, 2017 at 2:56 pm in reply to: Another GP Surgery to Terminate Contract with Betsi Cadwaladr #132591
welshman1000ParticipantWhat we all have to realise is that when the contract’s are terminated we the Council Tax paying public don’t
seem to be told the reason why.
I worry about the lack of services for everyone and as has just been mentioned NHS is run by Welsh Labour via
Cardiff; I would be interested in knowing how many comparable health issues there are in South Wales as up
here we always appear to get the short straw; maybe our AM or MP could provide some data as this is pretty bad
news for Wrexham.June 7, 2017 at 8:45 am in reply to: What is the garden tax I hear about and at what cost to you #132578
welshman1000ParticipantAn interesting comment; many of my current Socialist friends were over the moon to be able to buy their Council house all those years ago; they bought the house at a huge discount and then over time sold the house and moved on making lots of money. True Socialists.
Many of those same people have all benefitted from that excellent proposal to encourage people to try to provide
for their future if they so desired; people were given a choice — you can buy or not.
That is the difference Conservatives look to aspire labour looks to decry.June 6, 2017 at 2:00 pm in reply to: What is the garden tax I hear about and at what cost to you #132513
welshman1000ParticipantWhat about the “hit” Landlords will take?
