I wonder why eagles meadow management haven’t had the foresight to trial free parking for say 2 hours, or are they limited because its contracted out to Vinci (i wonder what the length of the contract is) surely it would be in their interests to give it a go?

I love going to Chester, free parking in the council multi stories late afternoon, brill way to keep the city busy all day encouraging new and existing businesses, Wrexham council are short sighted they have no long term vision they believe privatisation is the way forward and they pick up a SMALL percentage. Soon there wont be a town centre to fill there greedy lazy little pockets……a tip for them speculate to accumulate….. Manage parking properly and encourage a thriving town centre, funnily enough you will be able to collect rent/rates etc as long as you don’t out price yourselves, which is the norm (all this from a mere insignificant menial/lay person who lives in the community)

I have attached a copy of the link for the inspection if this helps

    http://www.estyn.gov.uk/download/publication/304422.3/inspection-report-st-josephs-catholic-and-anglican-secondary-school-2014-english-only/.

Hope this helps any parents out there make an unbiased opinion, however mine is that i believe the choice of secondary schools is having a detrimental affect overall, as some schools are selective on obtaining the cream of the crop therefore making it much more difficult for other schools to keep up (stats etc) (but hey life is competitive). A personal gripe is that some parents are keen on using sunday schools etc to obtain entry to faith schools even though they have no belief themselves, the positive i suppose is this is that the child can make an independent opinion later in life. Castell Alyn and The Maelor, Penley also had good results in line with St Josephs they all appear to have strengths and weaknesses (i don’t recall much or any press on this) check out the Estyn results. The positives for the failing schools is that they will now have the extra provision and resources made available by the Welsh Assembly, this can only be an excellent thing as they are under the spotlight. Personally i feel that children should be with their friends, happiness is the key and is paramount and success is down to the child with the good old support off parents. Decisions, decisions……

The drop in traffic may affect there profit margins, as the people in wrexham are struggling to use any data. Maybe that is why there is no rush to fix the problem.

I completely agree with you, however they are not fulfilling their side of the contract, because the majority of us’ in their eyes seem to think it is acceptable because we haven’t complained. My honest opinion is that it is down to the consumer and the amount of complaints received before it will become priority. In reality these companies make millions and millions from people like ourselves think of all the phone contracts in this area alone, yet there are some people who sit back and accept what is NOT an acceptable level of service, waiting for it to be resolved. One or two voices don’t get heard, however if everyone who was affected complained DIRECT and not through the shop (as it my humble opinion that although sympathetic the call is not logged at EE device management or whoever the provider is customer services then the fault, complaint isn’t registered) Sorry for the rant but i find it frustrating especially when you rely on the phone .

EE/Orange have to ring and ask for the device management team to escalate the problem, you can negotiate money off your bill (use that as your incentive and the mast will get repaired or replaced) As already stated the more people that contact, the sooner something will be done. The problem is it seems some people wait for others to do it on their behalf, that way nothing gets done, it seems simpler to moan (i don’t mean any malice with that comment) we all need to contact thats all.
