Thing is Sammy, from the retailers point of view, it’s just giving money away.
You pick the wrong size, take it back and get your money back but what happens to that piece of returned stock?
It’s no longer new and neither can the retailer sell it as such.
The retailer takes a hit because YOU picked the wrong size.
Now, how on earth is that even remotely fair?
