How many cyclists know the highway code? How many cyclists have passed a competency test to be on the roads?
Yes, we all need to be careful where cyclists are concerned. But isn’t it about time that a compulsory cycling test for riding on the roads is made law? Lets get real, anyone can jump on a cycle and use the road.
