By the time they get around to it, William will be on the throne and they be calling it the Charlie Garden.

I have been overtaken doing 20mph in Llay, on Holt Road, Ruthin Road and Chester Road a few times. There are no consequences for the drivers doing the overtaking.
Keeping an eye on the speedo is dangerous especially when you have a van up your a$$ but the law is the law and me complaining won’t do anything.

People are taking more risks now though. Look at the lad who crashed on the bridge in Bradley Road the other day, he wasn’t doing 20 (and had no road tax) They have traffic lights there now while they repair the wall.

    Dear IMHO ….

“Within our library services, the decision not to purchase any more books during this financial year outside of our existing commitments has reluctantly been made. ‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‌This should save us approximately £19k.”

I was kidding initially but there are a lot of second hand on-line stores that you could try including Oxfam. Saving £19k could save a librarian’s job.

    Regards

    Owain

PS The 20mph rubbish won’t impact WCBC services with its cost of £32.3m, mostly for 30,000 replacement signs, 5,000 posts and new road markings.

Guessing the projected £23.8m deficit means that funding won’t be returning any time soon.

Derek, i know you have contacted NHS Counter Fraud about Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and certain contracts but if you have evidence of serious fraud, you must contact the Serious Fraud Office. I have put the link here:
    https://www.sfo.gov.uk/contact-us/reporting-serious-fraud-bribery-corruption/

If you work for the NHS you can whistleblow.

    Good luck

    Owain
