Wrexham planning department & planning officer are terrible & need urgent reform or replacing, but finally they get a decision right & the councils go against their advice of McDonalds.

Fresh Fades barbers shop staff have not worn a face mask well I’ve never seen them, nor have majority of their customers, I’m not surprised they have opened & been fined. Guess they still won’t care.

What Wrexham needs are more 2 bedroom housed not flats, & for a Rule that for the first month ONLY owner occupiers can purchase the house, as most development recently have only built 2 to 8 2 bedroom houses & virtually all are instantly bought by Buy To Let landlords. 2 bedroom houses are starter homes.

“The application for the second and third floors of 39 to 41 High Street had been recommended for approval by Wrexham Council’s chief planning officer”

Is this the same planning officer that refused the Wrexham industrial estate Tomato greenhouse plan? But is happy with ultra small flats. This planning officer is useless.

This is good news, I could never understand why the largest Town in north wales & with the biggest industrial estate in the UK did not have its own testing facility.

This is what I hate about politicians, there was no warning, the welsh government could have least said last Wednesday or Thursday, “we are watching the situation in North East Wales, & if the numbers continue to rise we will issues a lockdown their as well”, but no, just out of the blue, Wrexham Lockdown??

LL14 still low, guess so many had it in Wrexham we may be immune? but as I look on Friends of friends on Facebook, a few conspiracy theories, we know the “TRUTH” so don’t wear masks we go about like normal. They are the selfish people that will cause the increase in Covid 19.

This looks like good news, it may also encourage players/Manager to want to come to Wrexham as they have some big backers & celebrates at that.

Seems like Wrexham Council is refusing almost every House building application lately. I guess the council has a lot of land it owns, why are the council not building its own council homes, cheaper rents are needed in wrexham. Even if the population is reducing, more homes built will eventually bring house prices down & that is so needed.
