They are also on the bench on St Giles Way regular, drinking & in a drunken state, making it very intimidating for people walking into town.

What does Mr Lucas think of the current state of Wrexham town centre. Going through it it’s virtually dead & Eagles meadow is pretty much the same. The town centre now looks very drab. What does Mr Lucas think should be done to get it back to what it was some years back. It’s sad to see how it’s gone it’s no surprise people are going to Chester or other places to shop.

Signal in part of Hightown dreadful on both o2 & EE. You have to move around the house to try to get a signal never mind 3G, & You often get cut off during calls, very poor.

I wondered when they opened the live rooms in Chester would it be the beginning of the end for Central Station. Hopefully the potential new owner will continue to get a wide variation of bands to the venue, if not there is nothing in Wrexham that can get well known bands to the town. The William aston hall does not have any kind of bands that Central Station can attract. It’ll mean people will have to travel out to see rock bands, thankfully the Tivoli in Buckley are having some excellent bands there at the moment, which is not too long of a drive from Wrexham, however it would be a great shame if Central Station did not continue.

Early last week during the afternoon I walked through Regent St & Hope St & you could virtually count the amount of people in the street, increasing parking charges is certainly not going to improve the situation, feel sorry for the retailers, its madness.

It’s not just at the William aston hall either, been to many events at venues in the town on one occasion there were just 13 of us there [fair play the band still played] until these venues advertise their events they will be poorly attended, you cannot rely on the internet for everything.

It’s always the same in Wrexham, lots of shows poorly attended. Hardly any advertising, how do people know things are on in the town if they are not advertised on posters or the local papers here & the surrounding areas. Feel sorry for the artists playing to sparse audience, hardly encourage them to come to the town again.
