Llayby lillyParticipant@ GoM1, you sound sooooooooo BITTER…!
Its called democracy, the country were asked to vote, we were all told that the vote would be respected and implemented. Despite the rhetoric, the vast majority knew what they were voting for on both sides of the argument, especially those on the remain side…remember the glossy leaflet from Cameron which explained it in full. I actually lost the vote, but still accept the majority voted leave.
Its a bit like, last night I put £1 on the National Lottery and guess wot? I didn’t win. :( What do you think the National Lottery would say if I called them this morning and told them to re-run last nights game?
Have some faith in the people of this country to make it work outside the EU. I have.

Llayby lillyParticipant
That’s the BBC, are there any reputable sources?
Come Come Tim. The article seems pretty cast iron to me, after all, Nigel’s had his photo taken with the AM’s in question etc.
Is this not good enough for you..?
Lilly

Llayby lillyParticipant
I’d vote for the donkey too. He wouldn’t do nearly as much damage as a Tory.
Yawwwn…!
Llayby lillyParticipant
Oh well. Now ‘The Monitor’ has flounced off in a self-important huff, that’s the thread ruined for everyone.
LOL LOL
My message to ‘The Monitor’ is to Bore Off
Llayby lillyParticipantThanks Matt…..
My point really is that it is very refreshing to find a candidate who really is FROM the people. Given Sarah’s history in public service. She will have real world experience of working for the NHS and within adult social care.
I for one wish her luck.
Llayby lillyParticipantCheap shot Benjamin, you sound like a lapdog for Lucas yourself…?
I actually started this thread and most of the contributions have been thoughtful and interesting. For the record I voted to ‘remain’, however I lost. I knew what I was voting for and I was fully informed of what ‘leavers’ were voting for, despite these political lightweights having us believe that ‘leavers’ did not know what they were voting for..! As for Mr Lucas, he is the worst of the lot, I will not be voting for him that’s for sure.
Llayby lillyParticipantThat’s Labours NHS for you…and silence from Ian Lucas. I suppose he’s too busy undermining his electorate over Brexit?
Llayby lillyParticipantI hear from a friend who’s a police officer in the town that already one of the shipping container homes has been broken into? I wonder ‘Rob@ if your able to shed any light on this?
thank YouJanuary 16, 2019 at 5:59 pm in reply to: Purrfect start for animal charity’s new £2.1m facility on old fire station site #161931
Llayby lillyParticipantwrex-it…I’m confident that we can have both, that is meaningful support for people less fortunate and cats in need of protection. I also bet they will have a beautiful building at the end of this for a fraction of the cost of Ty Pawb…it will also look finished and have more foot fall lol
