Liz JacksonParticipantMareen are you being sutble calling the new candidate Wimpery rather than Wimbury — do you think she is a wimp!!
Liz JacksonParticipantIt’s time that our Councillors in Wrexham and Flintshire actully worked together on this issue – Flintshire have been silent for so long- perhaps they prefer to go over the border to the Countess in Chester.
November 4, 2018 at 11:03 am in reply to: Man arrested for possession of a ‘blade article’ in town centre #158335
Liz JacksonParticipantWhat a pity that such a serious incident is being taken as a joke. Blade carrying of anykind on our streets needs to be clamped on so praise to the Police for swift action before anyone was hurt.
Do we really want the streets of Wrexham run by knife wielding yobs
Liz JacksonParticipantNo bailiffs but the Community Choir that meets in Ty Pawb to rehearse have been asked to learn the chorus of “We shall not be moved”
Next will be stallholders barrackaing themselves behind the shutters on their stalls – perhaps Kingdom have a bailiffs section the Council will call in.
Liz JacksonParticipantHow sad it is to read some of the responses on this thread today from people who clearly must be living a really miserable life. Children are our future and don’t forget they are the ones who will be looking after you in your old age. It would be such a shame if children today grew up to be a miserable in their lives as some of the usual suspects on the threads.
Children and young people should be able to come together and have some fun – with parents ideally some of whom probably rarely do play with their own children. Don’t jump on me about poor parenting as I accept that not all of them are as engaged with their children as you would hope. For those of you who were not present you would have seen children and young people of all ages, parents and grandparents all taking part – and ALL hadge hidge smiles of delight.
Dont forget parents are ratepayers as well.
Liz JacksonParticipantInformation on this website run by NSPCC https://www.nspcc.org.uk/preventing-abuse/child-abuse-and-neglect/bullying-and-cyberbullying/ for parents, guardian, children & Young People and professionals.
Infomation on the site guides parents to look for telltale signs to look out for if your child is being bullied or could, in fact, be the bullier. The later is something no parent would like to think their child could be a perpetrator. Whatever your position look and learn?
Liz JacksonParticipantThe mini-site is actually on the loading bay platform that used to be used for the Chinese buffet that was in the basement of the old Woolworths.
Liz JacksonParticipantBad spelling as a result of poor education in one of the Wxm schools and then too much texting and predictive spellings making me lazy!
GV-Wxm any chanc of u given sum Eglish lesons to s mear mrtals
Liz JacksonParticipantThe Council need to query why when they have CCTV on the grass area that they had not picked up this activity and of
-
they did why no one had been called to intervene.
Liz JacksonParticipantAndrew where you, not a Governor of the school couple of years ago when cyberbullying was being discussed and a reassurance was given from the staff at the time that the school did not have a problem? What is correct the statement then or the media coverage?
