This morning I went one junction further up than usual on the A483 which I think is signposted Ruthin to get to the Maelor via the Redrow Estate and I managed to avoid it all.

Just bumping this as the group are looking for volunteers throughout this week to help with painting, stocking the bar and generally getting things ready for the launch on Friday. You can turn up at any time tomorrow or I’d imagine throughout the week.

Is this the very same listed property that is owned by Neville Dickens who started knocking it down illegally?

Are there any planning restrictions he’d have to get round to change its use?

Bolton, Bournemouth, Chelmsford, Colchester, Coleraine, Corby, Craigavon, Croydon, Doncaster, Dorchester, Dudley, Dumfries, Gateshead, Goole, Luton, Medway, Middlesbrough, Milton Keynes, Perth, Reading, Southend, St Asaph, St Austell, Stockport, Tower Hamlets and Wrexham.

Bolton, Doncaster, Luton, Middlesborough and Reading surely all have better chances?

Drove through the Industrial Estate on the way to the Holt Lodge last night and there were loads of big uns. Didn’t do the suspension on the 106 any favours.

Would be interesting to know how some of the other supermarkets are coping since Morrisons came to town. I’m so uncool that I haven’t even been there yet though.

Over the last few weeks I’ve seen developers etc … doing work next to Wrexham driving test centre. Opposite the Bupa private hospital. Have you any info on what’s going on there.

Looks like it could well be work starting on the joint ambulance and fire station, it also includes potential inclusion for police admin buildings. Guessing that’s where they had in mind for some of the new police facilities when they knock down Wrexham Police Station.
