This is a very interesting issue .A valid concern. Its more than a little worrying that there has been such limited input and, or feedback. All for the rehab of offenders, I think ..

Its the job of the police to catch em,however its the judiciary that have to hand down stiffer sentences. What worries me, re the recent car roof slashing, is the thought these idiots were out and about, at night with a serious knife, maybe a lucky thing it was just a car roof that got cut up. You cannot cut a car roof with a butter knife.

Its “were” not where, and I did both, I didn’t buy anything and I left soon after having arrived, I utilised my freedom of choice, and intend to continue utilising my freedom of opinion. The shite being offered WAS overpriced, and the stall operators were a bunch of greedy money grabbing opportunists

The site is the subject of a Covenant, This dictates that the Site (Not The present Building Alone) MUST be utilised for Educational purposes. So yes it would make a police station, an art gallery, and I am sure many other uses however IT MUSR BE A SCHOOL, COLLEGE, OR UNI.

Seems so ironic that so many that lament about the old Wrexham, and condemn the council for having knocked the living daylights out of the town, are so keen to knock down The Groves. I do not recall such a campaign to save a local structure in the mid to recent past. The town is full of newish structures that are in poor condition. Regardless of wether they are council owned or in the private sector. Lets keep what little we have left of any significance.
